Currently im on the agency demo, cant get changed to app theme.

Please try importing the demo again but this time, press F12 in the keyboard to open the browser’s developer tools then open the console and grab a screenshot if there is an error that have been generated. For more details on accessing the console, please see https://developers.google.com/web/tools/chrome-devtools/console/get-started
Also increase your Maximum File Upload Size, Post Max Size and Max Execution Time to the maximum allowed by your web host or you can follow the setup in this third party article: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-increase-the-maximum-file-upload-size-in-wordpress/
Your web host support might also do that for you so it would be best to contact them first.
