Can't insert a template on the content section

Hello,

I can’t add a template under my content section. I am getting an error saying No suitable preview area found. This could happen when a third party plugin is overrinding the content area. I already deactivate the plugins and it did not work. How can I fix the problem?

Thank you for writing in, is that the site you’re working on below? Its not using PRO theme, please clarify.

In the meantime, please make sure that you’re on the latest version, WordPress 5.2.3, Pro 3.0.4.

Remember to clear all your caching features (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) after updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
