Can't hide or show navigation elements ('Hide During Breakpoints' Not Working)

  • Within ‘Customize’ --> Hide During Breakpoints’, I’m not able to hide Navigation Inline on the last 2 phone views.
  • Within ‘Customize’ --> Hide During Breakpoints’, I’m not able to hide the Navigation Dropdown on the first 3 desktop and laptop views.

I’ve tried making new/different headers, I’ve cleared the browser cache.
Need help. Not sure what else to do. Is there a bug in Pro?

Hi There,

Thank you for writing in! Where is your Navigation Dropdown element? I only see Image and Navigation Inline in your header.

You Navigation Inline element is hidden on Medium, Small, and Extra small (979px and below), which seems to be right.

The whole container is hidden on medium (767px - 979px), is that intended? if not please remove that.

Thank you for the quick reply. My apologies, I had the wrong header in place. I activated the correct header, and made the adjustments you suggested. But as you can see from the three screenshots, I’m still not able to hide the Navigation Dropdown from the 980px view, nor the Inline Navigation from the Medium - 768px view, or Small - 481px views

Hello,

I’m using Chrome on a Mac. I’m not able to watch the video because it requires me to install the Flash plug-in. Being an outdated tool and security risk, Im not going to install it, but I’ll trust your answer. At this point, I’m not sure what else to do?

Please clear your browser cache again. If that does not work, it could be that your browser’s zoom setting was set less or more than 100%.
