Cant go to live customization of PRO Theme 404 Error

just to share the problem to others I cant go to live customizator through the button and get 404 Error

Please remember, don’t post any sensitive details in a post if you are not the original owner of the post.

Regarding your question, I can see you have activated a different theme and not use any of our product.
Sorry to say we can’t give support to a different product.

…I wanted to activate one of them but if i cant customize anything its useless
If you are agree i can activate X or pro so you can have a look there ?

Activated the theme ( Pro ) then activate license and all seems ok now
anyway if you want have a look however there …you are welcome !!
