Cant get padding or margin to show in custom header

So for some reason the custom header bar 3 I had built has disappeared. I am trying to rebuild it. But no matter if I add margin or padding to container or text box - it doesn’t show. There is no margin/padding option for Bar.

can you help sort this out- we have final walkthrough of the site tomorrow

Thank you for writing in, please inspect your Bar and set the height to auto.

If that does not work, please provide us the site URL and login credentials in a secure note so we can take a closer look,
