Can't get a site to validate

Hi, trying to validate a site but the page looks like the below. Pressing enter doesn’t work. Any suggestions?

Please update WordPress to latest version as I have seen that the layout you see and validation doesn’t work is because of old version of WordPress is being used.

Hi Mark,

This issue is most likely related to:

  • The WordPress core is outdated.
  • The Cornerstone plugin is up-to-date but the X theme is NOT.

If it still doesn’t help, would you mind providing us with login credentials(by clicking on the Secure Note button at the bottom) so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

  • Link login to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password
  • FTP credentials
