Hello, I really like this example page of images but I can’t figure out what elements were used to create it. Can you guys help out?

The page you have shown is a portfolio page. It is not created with elements or shortcodes. It is the default masonry portfolio page of that icon 10 demo.

If you want to create it in a page, you might want to check the plugin essential grid.
