Can't Edit Pages, Headers, Footers: Loads then redirects back to /pro/ dashboard

Can’t Edit Pages, Headers, Footers.

Whenever I try to edit a page, header or anything else like these,

/pro/#/content/12425/layout
/pro/#/headers/10781

The page will load briefly and redirect back to main /pro dashboard .

I’ve turned off cache with WPENGINE on that path just like I’ve done for password reset cache error fix. I’ve changed the path using the settings for PRO.

Nothing is working right now.

Please try out following solutions and let us know the outcome:

1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list here. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. Click here for more information.
2. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
3. Increase the PHP Memory Limit of your server. Click here for more detailed information and how to increase the PHP memory limit.
4. Clear browser and server side cache (if any) and test the case again.
