Hi there,
It is not possible that setting a page as a frontpage of the website impact the Cornerstone. Those are completely 2 different cases. I tried to access your website and the HTTPS is invalid and my browser does not let me continue.
I strongly suggest that you move your website to your local machine and test the case there. I think an environmental factor is there, I try the case on my installation and 2 other live installations and we do not have such a problem.
Follow the steps below alongside the test for moving the website I mentioned above:
- Clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugins and other optimization plugins.
- If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.
- Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
- Remove custom CSS and Javascript from the options or Child Theme and test the case.
- Reset your htaccess file by renaming it to
.htaccess-bak
. Then in WP Admin Menu, go to Settings > Permalinks and just click the Save Changes button.
- Increase the PHP Memory Limit of your server. Click here for more detailed information and how to increase the PHP memory limit.
Get back to us with the results of the tests above and the result of the site move to the local machine.
You also need to fix the HTTPS issue.
Thank you.
