A while ago I bought X from themeforest and then upgraded to the pro version, however I’m inputting both licenses from theme.co into the validation and they are both displaying the regular version of X and not the pro version. How can I activate pro??

Kindly check this article and follow the specified steps. Also, kindly make sure that you have installed and activated Pro on your site before validating.
