Can't access WP-Admin (HTTP 500 error) after getting Fatal Error

The site is up and running but I can’t access the Wp-Admin, looks like a problem with the Cornerstone Plugin.

MSM (http://msmmechanical.com/)

Error Message:
Fatal Error (E_ERROR): Cannot redeclare class Cornerstone_Huebert occurred in wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/includes/classes/components/class-huebert.php on line 3 please make sure that your website is accessible

ISP Response:

“Regarding msmmechanical.com, it seems that the issue is with the Cornerstone plugin, so I advise you to reach the website via FTP (since you can’t access WP Admin) and to rename that plugin’s folder to .old. If the issue is resolved after that, you can reinstall this plugin just to check if the error will appear again.”

Cornerstone is a core plugin, will this approach work? And then reinstall Cornerstone after?

Hi @dejack67,

I managed to access the http://msmmechanical.com/wp-login.php with no problem. There is no error showing. If it is happening after you want to log in please make sure that you use the PHP version 5.6+ or 7.1+

Contact your hosting service provider and ask them to make sure you have that version.

Also, I suggest that you contact your hosting service provider and make sure that you will increase the PHP Memory Limit to 512MB.

Thank you.
