Can't Access to Pro edit panel

Hi

I’m trying to go to the edit panel of pro in our site.
When I click “edit with pro” I get this message:

“The website has technical problems” in english.

The website is dccom.se

I don’t understand what it can be

Hi @DCcomm,

Thanks for reaching out.

I can’t tell what’s going on based on screenshot, would you mind providing your admin login credentials in the secure note?

While you’re on it, please check for the following first:

  1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. See https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62 for more details.

  2. If you’re using a caching plugin, clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugin and other optimization plugins.

  3. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.

  4. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

  5. Remove custom CSS, Javascript and templates.

  6. Reset your htaccess file by renaming it to .htaccess-bak. Then in WP Admin Menu, go to Settings > Permalinks and just click the Save Changes button.

  7. Contact your host to increase your allocated memory or do it yourself by adding this code in your wp-config.php

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

Thanks.

Hi

I tried everything but it doesn’t work.

Check secure note.

Thanx

Hey @DCcomm,

I checked the Theme Options and some pages in your site and they load fine. The only issue is it loaded very slow. But, the speed is not an issue with our theme but most probably with your web host.

Please try testing again in incognito or private mode of the browser.

Thanks.

Hi

Now I get this message when I’m trying to edit the other pages.

Hi @DCcomm,

Since your website is a live site. I would recommend that you create a staging site. This is very useful because you can test drive any theme updates in the staging area, do the customizations and troubleshooting without disrupting your live site. Once everything is perfect, you can easily and flawlessly proceed the update in the live site. To know how to create a staging area, please check out these articles:

In your staging area, we can disable all the 3rd party plugins and test your website.

Thank you.
