Hi, the problem starts from that we find the visual composer cannot add elements in it. And then we think it’s probably because the the theme version(3.2.2) is out of date. So we purchase a new version from your website and we got the purchase key.
When we try to validate the key in wordpress, it’s saying “Enter your API key to validate your purchase, receive automatic updates, and unlock Extension.”
We don’t know how to deal with it. Please help!

The first step I would recommend is manually upgrading to our latest X version by uploading the latest theme via FTP. Once done you should be able to validate the site fine. API keys are deprecated and that’s why we recommend upgrading to the latest version and using the purchase code. You can read more about how to update here.
