Cannot Validate License

Hi there, i have been trying for 2 days to validate a new license on a site. I have have white listed two ips, tried multiple computers and browsers, deleting licenses and re-adding the domains associated to them, tried other license keys and check my logs but not found anything.

Also the + Topic button isn’t appearing in chrome, super annoying…
