Cannot use Cornerstone

I am trying to create a new page using Cornerstone, but when I select Cornerstone-> Edit with Cornerstone it just loops me back to the Wordpress editor. How can I get Cornerstone to work asap?

Hey Amy,

Thanks for writing in! This issue usually happens when you have improperly set up your site settings. Please go to Settings > General and make sure that your site URL and WordPress Address URL is the same as the dashboard url. If this is not helping, please provide us access with your site so that we can investigate further. You may create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
