Cannot load wp-admin/nav-menus.php page because of Cornerstone

I cannot edit my menus because Cornerstone won’t let the page load. The page starts to load and then eventually turns blank as it spins and spins.

It works in a staging site where I kept everything else the same and just deactivated Cornerstone. The issue is definitely Cornerstone.

I am hosted on WPEngine if that helps.

Please help ASAP.

There is a new update released for X 6.3.8 and Cornerstone 3.3.8.

Kindly make sure to clear your site’s cache after updating.

I am on the latest versions of both X and Cornerstone and the issue persists.

I also cleared all caches, reset file permissions, and the menu page still does not load.

Is there anything else I can do? I can’t edit my menu because of this release.

I posted a secure note with a login.

You will be able to see that if Cornerstone is disabled, the menu edit page works.
