Hi.
When working on this page: http://leadersormlandskusten.se.preview.binero.se/vad-ar-leader-2/
i cannot use the preview area - there is a red spin box in the right corner. The navigation collapsed menu is not shown properly and it also looks strange on the page.

Thanks for writing in!

As we don’t have your admin access can’t really confirm what could be the issue.

Can suggest few things to check for a possible solution.

Custom code syntax error. If you have a child theme, please enable the child theme and check if the issue still exists. If you have entered any custom JS or CSS into their respective editors. Please review the code for any syntax errors. A mis-placed semi-colon or a missing bracket will cause the issue you’re seeing.

Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If you could please try the above and if you still have the issue we’d be more than happy to assist.

Set it as Secure Note

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password
  • FTP credentials

Please confirm the login details. I tried using the credential as username and password but it’s not working. Please confirm the login details so we can take a closer look.

Yes, the login details are working fine. I logged in and open the link you have shared in Cornerstone and can confirm that the red spinning icon was showing up. Before making any changes I saved the page as template. After that I deleted the Image and Navigation element that was there in right side of the screen. I then saved the changes and then reloaded the page. Now the red spinning icon is not showing up and preview area is working fine. Please see the screencast in secure note. I have saved the page as template. So if you want to re-import, you can import the template.

Ok. I have used your new page and will start to rebuild it.
But when I try to edit an already built page: http://leadersormlandskusten.se.preview.binero.se/ansokan/
which i created a few days ago - I get the same red spinning wheel and I cannot edit it.

And when continuing to work on: http://leadersormlandskusten.se.preview.binero.se/vad-ar-leader-2/ after saving the page I end up with the same error again. The red spinning wheel is back and I cannot continue to work

Hi Tomas,

I have checked all the content of that page, and they all fine. This seems to have something to do with your site setup.

I see no caching plugin on your site, but can you contact your hosting and confirm that there is no internal caching running on your site? If it has please purge it and deactivate it for a while.

Also, please do a testing for a plugin conflict again, deactivate all your plugins (except cornerstone) and see if the issue persists.

Lastly, please contact your hosting and ask how you can change the PHP version to 7.0 or 7.1
