Cannot Drop Element in a Area

Trying to create a new page in 5.1 on WP version 5.1 as well. Created page and row and columns. Clicked elements and chose an element. Dragged it to the column. No grey shading. Nothing.

I must be missing something simple. Any suggestions?

Also, our OVERVIEW page of X is a long list of gigantic icons. Layout looks messed up. Could this be related?

Thanks for writing in!

As you have mentioned about X Theme 5.1.1, I checked the licence manager and found there’s a website using version X Theme 5.1.1 and Cornerstone 3.3.8.

I suggest you to first please update X Theme and Cornerstone to latest version to avoid any compatibility issues. You can take a look at following resource.
