Cannot Access Pro Panel

Hello,

trying to access the admin panel of my new Pro installation. I get the loading logo circling but it does not load. Check it out: http://theloadguru.com/pro/

Hi @Skypat,

Thanks for reaching out.

There could be many possible reason, please check for the following first:

  1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. See https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62 for more details.

  2. If you’re using a caching plugin, clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugin and other optimization plugins.

  3. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.

  4. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time. I see 3 errors originating from WP Lead plus plugin, I recommend disabling it first and test it.

  5. Remove custom CSS, Javascript and templates.

  6. Reset your htaccess file by renaming it to .htaccess-bak. Then in WP Admin Menu, go to Settings > Permalinks and just click the Save Changes button.

  7. Contact your host to increase your allocated memory or do it yourself by adding this code in your wp-config.php

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

And if it’s still the same after the troubleshooting and recommended procedures then please provide your admin login credentials in the secure note for further checking.

Thanks.

Gee, this technical stuff is too much to handle when traveling. Would love to let you support me, but I cannot find the secure note-button on my Mac. What can I do?

Hello Skypat,

Please use the secure note feature in Apex forum.

Thanks.

Added info, please have a look.

Hello Skypat,

Thanks for updating the thread.

I checked the website and can see that Pro theme options is not opening up. Further inspecting the page in dev tools I see following error message:

Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected end of input

/wp-content/themes/pro/cornerstone/assets/dist-app/js/cs-vendor.js?ver=3.5.4

The error above shows that for some reason the cs-vendor.js is not loaded correctly. Please try to reinstall the Pro Manually as mentioned here.

If the problem persists please contact your hosting service provider and ask them why the cs-vendor.js file is not served by the server completely. Maybe they have a firewall or mod_security options that prevent the file to load.

Thank you.
