Can i have a different revolution slider on mobile and laptop

Hello, i’ve installed a header as “above masthead” for normal pc’s and laptops, and now i would like to have a different slider for mobile devices with a smaller screen.

I have met some options i could do within the slider so i can use 1 slider for all devices but somehow it is limited and i hope to just make 2 sliders.

Hopefully you have a solution.

Hello, thanks for the answer although it is not the solution for me. I figured this out myself however I’m showing the slider in the “above masthead” section. I don’t know how to set 2 sliders in the above masthead option?

So if it is in a normal section I can hide it depending on the screen size. In the above masthead I don’t know how to do this?

And I don’t have 2 sliders in yet since I don’t know how?

I’m really sorry I’ve read this article front to end and back again but it doesn’t work.

Isn’t there just a way I can send my visitors who are watching on mobile’s to an antire other page. I can than just make a completely new page for mobile visitors and everything would be much easier or is this maybe clumsy ore so?

I woud like to use the plugin how it’s supposed to be used but it just doesn’t work. I’ve also cleared some cache but still the wrong pictures will show op.

That’s not currently possible and would require customization. It’s like creating dedicated pages for other devices which is different from the responsive design of the theme and plugins.

May I know what’s not working with revolution slider? I may able to provide another recommendation :slight_smile:

Somehow I cannot get layers to hide on mobile devices. This night I thought that maybe it is the problem that I have an iPhone X with maybe has a big screen.

So what am I doing. I have 2 pictures 1 picture I want to show up on mobiles and the other one has to show up on all other devices.

This doesn’t work and the slides that are in place right now just fall of the screen and also the text’s fall of so that’s not so nice.

I’ve been walking through the manual of the revolution slider and checking on my iPhone but it still shows up the wrong pictures.

Hope you see a solution?

The secure note is only viewable by us and thread starter. About the slider, is it the one in home page? May I know which layer should be hidden from mobile? Because I checked all the layers and they are all set to be visible in all devices.

Hi, it is indeed the slider on the homepage above the masthead.
I don’t leave it when it is nog working so i’m always putting it back to the settings in which is normal function. But what i would like it to do is the following: On each slide there is a big picture which i would like to hide on the mobiel device in order to put another, smaller, picture in wicht will be visible on the mobile devices.

In that case, would you mind creating that slider and assign it to a test page? Then we’ll check what’s going about the layer visibility on mobile.

It seems to be working when hiding layers from mobile.
