Button Link Won't Work

When I click the link to the page I want to direct visitors to, it doesn’t work. I get a page with the “oops” message. However, when I paste that same link into a new window, it works.
Also, I can see on the bottom left that somehow, something is getting added to the link but I can’t figure out how to fix it.

When visitors click on “buy the wonder bundle now” they should be directed here

I have tried deleting the link and retyping it, but that doesn’t work.

Hi there,

Unfortunately, I could not find why this is happening. It must be a plugin or Javascript code which causing the issue. The problem is that your website is too slow and is not loading the information until the end.

First of all please check your image files such as:

It is about 6MB which is too big. You need to use photo editing software to make it much less heavy.

Also please follow the steps below:

1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list here. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. Click here for more information.
2. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.
3. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
4. Remove custom CSS and Javascript from the options or Child Theme and test the case.
5. Reset your htaccess file by renaming it to .htaccess-bak. Then in WP Admin Menu, go to Settings > Permalinks and just click the Save Changes button.
