Button Link Issue

I am trying to link to a very specific page offsite. When I try to insert the link, it causes the button to display some of the url alongside the button text.

The page this is occurring on is: https://dreamclinic.co/leaving
The URL I am linking to is: https://www.paycomonline.net/v4/ats/web.php/jobs?clientkey=297812A3931DE55D059F400A8D4D156E&jpt&filters[locid][]=2951

I have attached a screenshot as well.

Please remove the double quote ” before link.
