Bugs after X Theme update 6.5.6: The Grid error + no access to portfolio items

Hi,

unfortunately, we’re having major issues with our company website directly after the X Theme Update to v6.5.6.

After the update, The Grid items (linked to portfolio items) are no more viewable when logged in the backend. This is the error we’re getting: “No post was found with your current grid settings. You should verify if you have posts inside the current selected post type(s) and if the meta key filter is not too much restrictive”.

Furthermore, we no longer can add a portfolio item as the function is gone or search for a product which was published as a portfolio item. For instance, when we search for “due diligence” in the frontend, we only get matches with the blog posts but not the actual product page (portfolio item).

We’re using the latest WP version and no bugs were caused by the update.
The version of other plugins involved: Cornerstone - 3.4.6, The Grid - 2.7.1.

Hey Thijs,

This is caused by the incompatibility of the X and Cornerstone version of the site.

You are using the most recent version of X but an outdated version of Cornerstone. The latest version of Cornerstone available at the moment is 3.5.5 so kindly make sure to update Cornerstone as well.
