Logged into my website only to find it completely broken / all formatting / structure / layout has been lost.
I made no recent changes.
And cant account for any actions or content additions to account for what I’m seeing.
Is there a theme wide issue / a bug in the latest update?

I can’t identify the problem of your setup now. Please share us your URL so we could look on your setup.
Common solutions below:
Check if you have plugin conflict - You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Check plugin and X theme version if it is the correct versions.
Reinstall theme and cornerstone.
Clear site and browser cache.
