Box Shadow and border not showing

Hi there,
in this page https://www.spaziovillaggio.it/capoeira-per-bambini-ragazzi-e-genitori/ I set the box shadow this way https://ibb.co/Qn3TgqR and a text border this way https://ibb.co/vkp4fX5 and both are showing in the editor preview (https://ibb.co/8Ph2Lf6; https://ibb.co/fHftVYX ) but none in the page as seen in the browser. Any suggestion?

I have checked and the box shadow and the border color are transparent:

Please make sure that the color you have set using the color option does not have 0% transparency:

Hi jade e thank you for your reply,
there must be something else interfering though because I set the color, the color is full solid, I save the settings and everything looks fine (as shown in the preview), but if I close the PRO editor and open it again to modify the page I find that colors aren’t set, as you pointed out. No matter how many times i set colors, they simply won’t be saved.

Hey Davide,

This usually happens when you manually input the color in a wrong format, try selecting the color using color picker and see if this resolves the issue. I switched from RGB to exadecimal and now everything is allright.
