Hi, I have several PRO licenses and love the theme. But for a client, we need to use the expanded Bed and Breakfast Demo, which apparently is only available on X. Can you please advise me on how to refund my recent pro purchase so I can get X theme and then upgrade to pro after the demo is installed and configured? I’d like to do all of this before your sale ends.

I apologise for the mix up from my colleagues. I removed the initial replies just to make this a little simpler to read. You’re quite right, Pro intentionally does not include demo content.
Since you already know clearly what you want to do, I’ve gone ahead and cancelled the unused Pro license in your account and processed a refund for you. Please be aware that this may take 3-5 business days to reach your account.
