Blog page on Church demo

Hi there,
I am currently using the Church demo but I am not sure how to create a blog page. I have design the rest of the pages but can not find a blog page as such in the demo. Is there one already? How do I create one?

There is a news page, but I think it is different. If I publish an entrance and there is no Blog page, where would it be publish?
As you can tell, I am pretty lost.I would really appreciate if you could guide me as to how to create a blog page.

Hey There,

To create a blog overview page go to Pages and add new page. Once done so head to Settings > Reading > Posts page and select the created page. This page from now on will be your blog overview page.
