Blog page not showing posts

Hello,

Not sure how long my site has been like this but all of the sudden, my blog page stopped showing my posts. I’m sure there is something I’m overlooking?

Here are some of the URLs for the blog posts
link:https://www.lovingyoni.com/make-friends-shadow-side/
link:https://www.lovingyoni.com/soul-gazing-101/

Here is the URL for my blog page
https://www.lovingyoni.com/blog/

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Hello @shraderg,

Thanks for asking.

I see that single blog posts are working fine, though the problem is with the blog index page. Please try out following solutions:

  1. I see that you are using WP Fastest Cache plugin. Please try clearing cache and see how it goes.
  2. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

In case problem is still there then kindly get back to us with the result of the steps above and URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard using the Secure Note functionality of the post to follow up the case.

Thank you.

Thank you for the reply. I’ve tried those things as per your suggestion but still nothing. I will send you my details in a note.

Hello There,

I have logged in and investigated the issue. The problem was caused by a slug conflict between your “Blog” page and your “Blog” category. I edited your “Blog” category and changed it to “blog-articles”.

Please check your blog page now.

Gees thank you! I never touched anything in categories so I’m not quite sure how it changed itself but thank you very much for finding it and fixing it!

Do you know how that might have happened?

Thanks again

Hello There,

The conflict happened when you have created the Blog page or the blog category. I am not sure which one is the first one. I am guessing the your blog page existed first and then you have created a “blog” category in Post > Categories then that when the issue occurred.

Hope this explain it briefly.
