Blog Layout With Integrity Stack

Hey guys! I was wondering whether there was anyway or possibilty that i can change the defult post layout for the Integrity stack.

Currently, it is at the default settings and it doesnt look very nice. I saw a couple of blogs on the web and their blog post section is really visually appealing. One example to this is the WPMU DEV Blog (https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/). Whenever, a new post is added, it is updated to the page. I would like that design on my website. Below is the image of the blog page.

Also, on the blog page, i would like each post nicely in a masonary grid format as in the image below.

For every post, i would like it to have a custom layout like the WPMUDEV blog with the featured image at the top and and the blog content in a container which is has a width smaller than that of the featured image [As seen in the video below]

I have tried accomplishing this task using Elementor page builder and nywhere elementor pro, but the layout isnt compatible with X.

If you guys can help me with this, I will be ever grateful. Currently, i would have asked a developer to do that for me, but im kind of short in terms of money.

Could you suggest an alternative which will allow me to incoroporate the design to my page?

Thanks;
Jason

Hi Jason,

It’s the same with xtheme, whenever there is a new post it will be automatically posted in your blog page.

With regards to your blog layout, you can actually set your blog to masonry style under Theme options > Blog > Style

For more information kindly refer to the link below.

Hope that helps

I dont think you’ve understood me! With regards to the masonry style, you/ve got that right, but i would like the gravatar of the author to be in the middle of the featuredimage in the blog page area as seen in the WPMU DEV Blog (premium.wpmudev.org/blog). For each post, i would like custom styling to enable my featured images and so on to be in the same styling as the youtube video.

Custom styling will achive the desired results. Can you provide the code go enable this?

Thanks a ton,
Jason

Hi there,

Unfortunately, we can’t provide customization like that. It’s not simple and would require both CSS and template customization (especially the author part). It still doable but you may wish to contact a developer for this kind of implementation.

Thanks for understanding.

Ok. I understand. Thanks again

By the way, how can i resize my images to the same size in wordpress? I need a custom one for al photos. Is 800*600 a good choice?

Also, how can i achive a frontpage design like https://www.codetic.net/. That site is brilliant. Which stack do they use and how can i achive a look and layout like that?

How can i achive their navbar style and so on? And was their content created using Pro cornerstone?
For example, like so in the photo below?

Hi There,

The featured images on https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/ are huge (3000 x 780) to ensure the quality of the images even on a very wide screen. But 1280 x 720 should be fine on normal size screens.

Please create a new thread for your other topic as this one is getting too long and being hard to support.

Thanks,

Ok, is this page built with cornerstone?

I found this plugin https://theme-one.com/the-grid/ , What can i do with that plugin. Can i edit the post layout and so on using this plugin?

Hi there,

Judging from the front end code it should be created using Cornerstone but we can not be sure unless we see the backend. Please kindly open up separate threads for more questions.

That will help us to give you a better support and focus on each question separately.

Thank you for your understanding.

Sure. On last thing, I found this plugin https://theme-one.com/the-grid/ , What can i do with that plugin. Can i edit the post layout and so on using this plugin?

The Grid plugin will display a post listing so you have more blog layout options other than what is offered in X / Pro.

To your question:

If you’re referring to single post layout, then no. It is only for displaying posts or post listing like a blog or portfolio page.

Thanks.
