Best way to save customizations before updating X-thenme

I totally forgot to use a child theme when building this website.

Now there is an X-Theme update and i don’t want to lose all my customizations. Any way I can save what i have done so far and import settings into a child theme?

First I would suggest you to take complete site backup of the current website. After that you can also take backup / export theme options settings. I also logged into the website and can see child theme is installed up there but it’s not activated. If you have made any core changes in the theme i.e changing codes (Php, CSS) in the parent theme, in that case you need to manually export them to child theme before updating the theme. If you haven’t made any core changes then you don’t need to worry and can proceed to update the website by following our theme update guide:
