Hi, the background image of the site doesn’t load, even though it is saved in the theme options.

Can you try adding back the background image again?

Once added, kindly put this this CSS code to X > Theme Options > CSS:

.site  {
    background-color: transparent !important;
}

If problem persists, can you share us your Wordpress URL/User/Pass in a Secure Note so we can take a closer look?

It has always been there. The suggestion you made did not work.

I found that if you do .x-root{display:none} you can see it. Which makes me wonder why?
