Background video not working after site migration

Hi, I just migrated my wordpress to a new host, activated cornerstone x theme and the background video url on my homepage stopped working. It is mp4 format and worked prior.

Thanks for writing in!

When migrating a site you don’t have to activate xtheme and cornerstone again. The site should be exactly the same as it is in your old server.

Try to redo the migration using a plugin, you can use either of these plugins.

Hi Paul,

Unfortunately I used a developer so have no way of undoing what he’s done. Any other advice?

Is the old site still available? you could try the migration method mention above. If not, please share us your admin credentials so we could check why it is not working well and we could could try identify what is missing from his or her migration.
