Our theme and plugins are no longer updating automatically. Our site is old and we’re still using WPBakery Page Builder - not sure if that’s causing the problem or perhaps it’s one of our plug ins. Any suggestions? When we manually update our site is generally down for a long time (host with GoDaddy). Thanks.

Can you let us know the version of X Theme and Cornerstone that website is using? If the website is using very old version of X Theme and Cornerstone then in that case automatic update won’t work and site needs to be updated manually.
