How do I link a button with the correct response so that each button I make goes to the correct page? How do I customize a page behind a button? For example, I only want viewers to access these pages if they click on the button. I will leave a link to my site just in case you do not fully understand.

I suggest you to use the absolute URL to link the buttons to respective pages. All you need to do is under Pages > Add New create and publish new pages. After that in Services page, inspect the buttons in Cornerstone. In HREF text box add the absolute URL. So for example, if you want to link one of the button to contact page, add the full URL of contact page in button HREF box. Ex: https://drblack703807135.wpcomstaging.com/contact-3/
