any recommendations for a good contact form to put on my website?
Contact Form 7 is solid and free, but I use Gravity Forms. Best out there, imo.

Contact form by Supsystic is awesome.
Supsystic is good and so is CaptainForms. Both easier to use than Contact Form 7 and better front-end interface.
I use Gravity Forms which is excellent https://www.gravityforms.com/
But a free version if you just want a simple contact form could be Jetpack https://jetpack.com/support/contact-form/
Sorry for the late response. When you’re building out your form, CF7 provides a shortcode. Copy it and then paste it into the Raw Content element in Cornerstone on whatever page you want it on. Or you can add that shortcode to a text widget if you want it in a widget area on your site.
