Animation triggered by scrolling

Hi!
I´m looking for some effects similar to the effects on this frontpage:

Where some elements/sections stay put, while some animations are triggered and change. Is there any change that this could accomplished within Pro, the parallax effect, sections and or other elements?

But that´s not exactly what Im looking for, Since it the template integrity 1 does not have any sections that stays put while other things are happening.

Also Im interested in seeing a type of menu like Tesla has to the left side of the page here, that changes when scrolling:

Hello Ariell,

Thanks for writing in! Regretfully we do not have any available feature that exactly does what you have just mentioned. We only have fade in animation effect for the columns. We also do not have a menu like Tesla site. This is only possible with custom development which is outside the scope of our support. You may need to contact a developer that maybe able to help you out achieve what you have in mind.
