Animated columns

Hi Guys,

Do you have anything or know of how i can achieve something similar to the animated columns on this site:

About two thirds of the way down, there are 3 dark grey columns with green icons. When you hover over them, text and a button pops up. The them their WordPress site uses is called Jupiter and that theme has animated columns (maybe you can build it in at some point ) It looks quite nice and was hoping to get close to it.
