Thank you for writing in, regretfully that is not a feature that the featured headline element and feature box element offers.
Though, you can use the CSS code that has given here.
You can add a class animated and tada to your feature_headline shortcode above.
e.g.
[feature_headline type="left" level="h2" looks_like="h5" icon="film" class="animated tada"]Video[/feature_headline]
