Anchor Tags No Longer Working

Hi there,

Anchor tags, anchoring from a few links on a page to a different spot on the same page no longer working, not sure why. They worked fine a few months ago so probably an update issue.

The page includes a list of 2018 events and if you click the names on the list, they are supposed to take you to the event descriptions below, which are each in Feature Boxes with the corresponding id tags. Original links are circled in screenshot included.

There are errors on your console when you click any anchor link.

Let us try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If your still having problems, would you mind sharing us your Wordpress User/Pass in a secure note?

Unfortuantely disabling plugins made no difference. Included credentials to you so you can take a closer look.

Hi There,

It seems that you have update Cornerstone but you haven’t update X theme. Could you please try updating X theme as well and re-test this issue again.

Also try switching to your parent theme and see if you’re having any issues in your child theme.
