Anchor tag not working in navigation

Hi!
I use anchor tags in my navigation bar and they all work except one. I can’t get the ‘contact’ nav to drop down to the right section of the (one) page site. Any tips? Appreciate it!
Thank you!

Hello @4FrontBranding,

Thanks for asking. :slight_smile:

Can you please share website URL for us to take a closer look?

Thanks.

The URL is http://gailandcohairstudio.com
But suddenly the website is no longer showing content which may be due to a plugin error. Is Slider Revolution compatible with Theme X?
Thank you!

Hi,

Yes revslider is compatible with X.

Your site is under maintenance mode so we can’t check.

Please try adding this in your wp-config.php file located at the root directory of your site.

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '1024M' );

Sorry! Right at the time you were checking we experienced a loss of data on our site. For some reason all of the content besides the header/footer is missing. Are you able to see if this is an error related to the theme? The content still shows in cornerstone preview but it won’t reflect on the actual website. Your help would be great. Thanks!

Hi there,

Unfortunately, we can not give any help unless you get back to us with the URL/User/Pass of your website using the Secure Note as your website is in maintenance mode.

Also, I suggest that you follow the troubleshooting steps below and get back to us with the results:

  1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list here. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. Click here for more information.
  2. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.
  3. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
  4. Remove custom CSS and Javascript from the options or Child Theme and test the case.
  5. Reset your htaccess file by renaming it to .htaccess-bak. Then in WP Admin Menu, go to Settings > Permalinks and just click the Save Changes button.
  6. Increase the PHP Memory Limit of your server. Click here for more detailed information and how to increase the PHP memory limit.

Thank you.
