Anchor links from navigation menu bar does not jump to anchor ID

Hi!

I am curious if you can help me solve an issue with my website.
all of my content is on one, home page, and my navigation menu bar has links pointing to IDs found on my home page,

At one point the menu was working properly - but in the recent months when I click my menu item, it does not scroll down to the desired ID.

It does, however, go the desired ID when I open in a new tab, but it does not do anything when I click in the same tab.

This is how I have my menu items set up:

“About us” menu item links to /#about
The ID for the about us section in X theme builder is “about”.

I can see there’s an error on console when I check your site. Let’s try first the basic troubleshooting step:

Ensure that you are fully up to date. Theme, and Cornerstone Version Compatibility
Clear all the site caches (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors. While you’re at it, please deactivate this caching feature while we tackle this issue.

Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
