An error occurred while updating X: Update package not available

Hi

the site in question recently got moved from a .com domain to .io domain. When i try to run the theme x update i get the following message. I’m assuming it is linked to the domain moving.

Any ideas please where i should start looking to fix this please?

Have you updated the URL in licence manager page? You can also try to revoke validation and then revalidate again from X > Validation > Revoke validation.

Another option is to manually update X Theme. For more details on this, please take a look at following article and give special attention to manual update section.
