We just updates PRO and now the website doesn’t load properly and we can’t access PRO.

Can you try manually updating your Pro theme the latest version(v2.1.3)?

I updated Pro to 2.1.3, but after uninstalling two plugins, the images appeared again. I think I could solve all other issues…

Thanks for letting us know that the Pro theme is working now. Meanwhile, the Favicon must be updated because we have migrated to native WordPress “Site Icon” settings for cleaner brand management. Please go to Appearance > Customize > Site Identity and insert your site icon again.
