My site is a mess. I’ve hired two companies to fix it and they can’t. Please help. Pictures and text are missing. Some buttons are missing labels and the formatting is messed up.

Thank you for providing the URL. I checked your site and the reason this is happening is that you’ve updated the Cornerstone to the latest version but haven’t updated X to the newer version. To avoid the incompatibility issues and potential errors, always make sure to update both X and Cornerstone to the latest versions.

If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

Does this mean I should update the theme and then update the new cornerstone update? In that order?

It does not matter which order you do the update as long as both X and Cornerstone are both updates to the latest version.
