After I moved my site I cannot edit with Cornerstones

Hi,
After moving my site I stopped seeing the X Theme icons and I can not edit with Cornerstone.
My site is in a subdirectory as seen in the video: (link to video).
Every time I want to edit with Cornerstone I must re-enter, being impossible in the place that appears in the browser. If I return to the correct place, the cycle repeats itself.
Please see the following video: (link to video).
Thank you!

Hey Gabriel,

I have just checked my site and it seems that you have updated the URL of your site but did not update the older URLs pointing to the previous site path:

Please install the Better Search Replace plugin then do the following:

search for https://acaneb.org/tecnobiz and replace it with https://tecnobiz.com.ar and
search for https:\/\/acaneb.org\/tecnobiz and replace it with https:\/\/tecnobiz.com.ar

There is also a link pointing to https://pardi.com.ar so kindly also search for:

https://pardi.com.ar and do the same thing as previously instructed.

Hope this helps.

Hi Jade,
Thanks for your answer.
The URL of the WP installation is https://acaneb.org/tecnobiz and the URL of the site is https://tecnobiz.com.ar. Is it not right that the resources are in https://acaneb.org/tecnobiz/wp-content/etc.?
Best!

Hi Gabriel,

I see, have you done all the required steps in using a different URL of the Wordpress directory?

Please double check and follow this link:

Let us know how it goes.

Hi Jade,
I think no problem with this.
I realized that all the internal links that works are of this type:
https://acaneb.org/tecnobiz/wp-admin/xxx for example: https://acaneb.org/tecnobiz/wp-admin/admin.php?page=cornerstone-settings
The links related to X Theme that do not work are like this: https://tecnobiz.com.ar/x/#/xxx for example: https://tecnobiz.com.ar/x/#/content.
Should I uninstall and re install to X Theme? What would be the best way?
Or is there another solution?
Thank you!

Hi Gabriel,

I see in your video, you have different URLs set for WordPress address and site address. Please head over to Settings -> General section and set both URLs to reflect your site URL.

Also please follow our migration guide here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/cornerstone-content-builder-migration/126) to understand the site migration process.

If you’re still having issues, please provide us with your WordPress login credentials along with your FTP credentials in a secure note to check your issue further.

Thanks!

Hi mldarshana,
Thank you for your help.
Here I send you the information.
Best!

Hello Gabriel,

Thank you for the details. It seems that you are experiencing CORS (Cross origin Resource Sharing) issue. That is because your site URL and WordPress address url is not using the same address.

We highly suggest that the Site URL, WordPress Address URL and your WP dashboard url should be in the same domain (subdomain) to resolve the issue. With your current set up, the font icons did not display. It may result to other issues later on.

Hope this helps.
