We are currently building a website with PRO in a submap while our old (Joomla) website is still functional and ‘live’.
When the new site is done we would like to start clean and remove everything on our hosting server (remove all current files in the html root and the databases on the hosting side) and start new with our newly created site. Does anyone have any experience with migrating wordpress (and a functional PRO site) from a submap to the main root map?
There are some tutorials available but I want to make sure what the ‘cleanest’ way is to migrate without too much hassle.
