My Advanced Custom Fields PRO Update to 5.6.10 is not working any idea what is going on Last time I had to run a manual update. More information would be helpful.

I checked our version compatibility guide and as of now the supported version of ACF is 5.6.9. In the ticket is mentioned that you have updated to version 5.6.10. Please note that running unsupported version of plugin can give potential issues like you are facing right now. I suggest you to please downgrade it to the supported version. To do so, you can deactivate and delete the plugin from Plugins > Installed Plugins. After that please reinstall from Pro > Validation > Extensions and doing so will install the supported version of ACF.
