Additional Information tab stopped working

Hi there the tab on my product page for additional information has just started to not work, it isn’t clickable although there is information on it eg ingredients lists…wondering what I can do to fix this, I have not added any new plugins or anything special for it to clash with it I don’t think…

Thanks for writing in! Please check for the following first:

1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. See https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62 for more details.

2. Clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugins and other optimization plugins.

3. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.

4. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

5. Remove custom CSS, JavaScript and deactivate your child theme and switch to parent theme.

I have figured out the source of the problem, it is a plug in, Custom CSS and JS it was for embedding a mailchimp pop up, if i disable the plugin the tab on the products work. Any help in another way to embed my mailchimp pop up code instead of using that plugin?

Unfortunately, we can’t cover any custom code especially done by others. Perhaps, you can try contacting the author of the code? You can utilize Wordpress filter’s like wp_footer to place your embed, but it still depends on the requirement of your code.
