Adding a social network profile to Customizing > Social

I would like to add a social media profile option to the Customizing > Social screen. Currently, I have an iTunes Podcast link in the SoundCloud Profile URL field. What would be better is if I could add a field that would be customized to say “iTunes Profile URL” and have an icon that is a headphone (Font Awesome CSS Class, & Unicode: fa-headphones []). The Customizing social screen would end up looking like this:

Also, if it would be easier to just add some HTML code to the Customizing > Header > Miscellaneous > Topbar Content field instead of using the Social option, that would be great too. The end goal is to have four buttons in the topbar with three of the available social networks and one additional button, which also use Font Awesome icons and is similarly styled.

Fantastic! That did the trick for the icon. However, the hover-over text (from the Title tag I believe?) still says “Soundcloud”. Is there a simple way to change the text in the hover-over to say “iTunes” or “podcast” instead of “SoundCloud” when a mouse hovers over the icon?

Worked perfectly! Thank you! I saw a post about a similar problem with a similar solution, but for some reason the code in that post didn’t work in my Functions.php file. But now that widget is doing exactly what I wanted it to do with the code you provided - thank you!
