I added Fade Effect to a few of the columns on this page, and now they don’t seem to load at all. Tested on desktop and mobile and various devices. Not sure what’s happening?

It’s weird, the columns fade in animation are triggered by window’s resize instead of scroll. I don’t see any cache or script error either. Would you mind providing your admin login credentials in a secure note? I like to check if this is also happening on other pages.
For the meantime, you could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

I checked your other pages and can see the fade effect works without issues.
There is something in your homepage that is preventing it from working.
Try to recreate your homepage in another page, adding section by section while checking each time.
That way you will know what element is causing the issue.
